Our terms and conditions together with the documents referred to in them tell you the basis on which Babitique will supply goods to you. Please be sure to read these carefully before placing an order, as by ordering you are agreeing to and bound by these terms. That being said we want you to know that our terms and conditions are here to make you aware that we'll never share your private data, our site is secure and your consumer rights are protected.

GENERAL WARRANTIES 

Babitique retains title of the goods until orders are paid in full.

RETURNING GOODS

Products that prove to be unsatisfactory may be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note subject the following conditions

We receive the goods within 14 days of dispatch.

Items and their packaging are received in a re-saleable condition.

Items are received with a copy of the original invoice, reason for return and return reference number (call our sales team for details).

Items are returned with the carriage paid by customer.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Babitique will not be held liable or responsible for any additional costs incurred by products shipped or ordered in error.

DELIVERY

United Kingdom - Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For or Hermes

For International parcels we use Royal Mail and UPS 

UPS state 4-7 working days for delivery to most international countries.

Royal Mail state (AIMS FOR) 4-10 working days however this can take longer if your parcel is stuck in customs in your country. 

 If the item is out of stock for whatever reason you receive an email within 24hrs to inform you of this.

In all cases "working day" refers to the next day of business between Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday & Sunday as well as all public holidays in the United Kingdom in which case we will be closed.

Delivery will be calculated at the checkout.

PRICING

Babitique is not held responsible for typographic errors within catalogues, advertisements or price sheets. All up to date prices are available on our website.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept all major credit and debit cards online, all transactions are processed securely by our payment partner through Shopify.
